Weigh In Wednesday

Halloween is just around the corner, so this week for Weigh In Wednesday, I wanted to share some calorie counts for some favorite Halloween candy treats. Just remember it's okay to have an occasional treat, however try to limit yourself & don't over indulge!

*Brach's Candy Corn - 100 calories for 20 pieces
*Hershey's Kisses w/Peanut butter, or milk chocolate - 50 calories for 2
*M&M's Fun size - 90 calories
*Miniature Reese's Peanut butter cups - 72 calories for 2 miniatures
*1 Fun size candy bar ( Snickers, Milky Way, Butterfingers, Hershey's milk chocolate bar ect.) - 80 calories
*1 mini-bite size candy bar (Snickers, Milky Way, Butterfingers, ect.) - 55 calories
*1 Full size candy bar (Snickers, Milky Way, ect.) - 275 calories
*1 King size cany bar (Snickers, Hershey, ect.) - 500 calories
*Tootsie Rolls - 50 calories for 2
*Skittles Fun size - 80 calories

*Jolly Rancher Hard candies original assortment - 70 calories for 3 pieces
*Jelly Beans, small - 140 calories for 25
*Brach's caramels - 80 calories for 2

I have to admit that Reese's cups are my favorite candy! My goal for Halloween is to only allow myself to 2 miniature cups! I will probably freeze them so that I'm less likely to eat them, but if a craving does arise, then I will allow myself to eat 2 and stop! I could very easily eat several at a time, especially when it's MTM!

What is your favorite Halloween treat? What do you plan on doing to limit your candy intake? Please leave a comment & share! Any tips or advice are appreciated! I also accept anonymous comments! Your comments are my fuel! Thank You!
