This week has not been a good week for me! Here in Cincy it has gotten so cold, that we had to get out our winter coats yesterday! It's been so gloomy, and I have totally slacked on exercising this week! My goal is to get busy for the rest of the week! Anyhow, I was reading online and found a blog, Weighing in on life! She posted about using a stability ball, and I think it sounds really cool! Go here to read her post! I'm seriously thinking about adding this to my workout routine!

Thanks for the link love and stopping by my blog. I'm with you on the colder weather...it was gloomy and unmotivating! The warmer temperatures are helping - hopfully they will stay around for a while.
