I have a $400 Monthly budget, or $100 a week, that we try to keep. So far this year I've done well. So If I go over budget one month, I won't kick myself in the butt.
These amounts shown above are for my family of 5 (six on the weekends). We also have 1 puppy. This is for all groceries, Health care items, ink refills, newspapers-coupons, paper products, ect. If I can save this much, so can you! Please follow my blog & watch your savings amounts go up!
I share my savings at The New Frugal Mom, Money Saving Mom, The Centsible Sawyer, Deal Seeking Mom., and The Thrifty Mama. Go visit them to see how other Bloggers have saved! How'd you do this week? Please leave a comment below & share! I love to hear from my readers! Thank you for reading!
Great job, Amy!
ReplyDeleteWe have (5) in our family + (2) BIG dogs -- my goal is $400/month as well. I have a separate category for dog food but I still do very well on that with coupons (since P&G owns Iams).
