I manage my weight by walking two times a day once in the morning and once in the evening its a great way to show my daughter the importance of excersie too!!

I watch calories and don't eat after certain time, especially before sleep.

I watch my protions and eat 5-6 small meals a day. Also I drink water before I eat my meals it helps fill you up.

The best advice for losing and maintaining weight is "never skip breakfast." It really does make a difference. And don't beat yourself up if you slip up with something you know you shouldn't have eaten. You can always increase your exercise to work off that little indiscretion.
