I was just reading at Cincinnati Coupons, and she posted that Cincinnati was rated the #3 Top Frugal city! How cool is that! Atlanta is #1, and Tampa is #2. And what's even cooler is that Cleveland ranked #8, and Columbus at #20, that makes Ohio the Most Frugal State! Sweet!
