Happy 6th Birthday, My Sweet Twins!

Six years ago, I was Blessed with not One, But Two blessings! They have doubled a Mother's Love in so many ways and in all the things that they do. I am so Grateful to have received such a special gift, For I was Blessed with Twins!

And now, My precious babies are growing up! They are not babies anymore, they are Big 6 year olds! They are getting Too Big, Too Fast & I can't believe it! They are growing up into such sweet, loving children, and I truly feel more than blessed to be their Momma! But, Some days do seem endless - and my patience does grows thin. I find myself asking God- Why did you choose me to be a Mother of twins? Then the answer comes clear- At the end of the day, As I tuck them into bed. There is two to kiss, two to hug; And Best of all, Thank You- God, for Two to Love!

Happy Birthday to my Two, Dear, Sweet Six Year Olds- Mommy loves you, more than you'll ever know! They have a Birthday party coming up in a few days & I'll be sure to share all the great frugal details & idea's!

I also wanted to share a favorite poem of mine, hope you don't mind. I think that a lot of Mom's can relate to this, not just Moms to twins!

You know you're really a Twins Mom when....
1. You count the sprinkles on each kid's cupcake to make sure that they're equal.
2. You want to take out a contract on the kid who broke your child's toy & made him/her cry.
3. You only have enough time to shave one leg a week!
4. You hide in the bathroom to be alone for 5 minutes, and it never fails that you'll still get interrupted!
5. Your child throws up & You catch it! (side note from me, yes I've done this!)
6. Someone Else's kid throws up at a party & you keep on eating.
7. You consider finger paint to be a controlled substance.
8. You mastered the art of placing food on a plate without anything touching.
9. Your child insist that you read "Once Upon A Potty" out loud once again, in the lobby at the doctor's office & you do it!
10. You hire a sitter because you haven't been out with your husband in ages, then spend more than half of the night talking about & checking on the kids.
11. You hope that ketchup is a vegetable, because it's the only one that your child/children will eat!
12. You find yourself cutting your husband's sandwich's into unusual shapes.
13. You find that you know every word, to every kid's song that you come across.
14. You hear your mother's voice coming out of your mouth when you say, "Not in your Good clothes!"
15. You stop criticizing the way that your mother raised you.
16. You recently read somewhere that the average 6 year old ask about 437 questions a day and realize that means 874 a day for you to answer!
17. You say at least once a day, "I'm not cut out for this job," but you know that you wouldn't trade it for anything!
