Meijer & Kroger Shopping Trips! See what I got FREE!

Transaction #2 Purchased the baby toy pictured. It was on clearance for $3.I paid with the $3 catalina coupons that I earned in transaction #1,So I paid $.20 (tax) for the baby toy! I have a baby shower to attend soon, so I thought that this would be great as a gift basket filler, or as the base in a diaper cake.

Spent:$.20 for tax
Saved: $3, 100%savings

So for both of my grocery shopping trips combined:
I spent: $44.73 for 128 items! Not too bad!

Why do I share my shopping trips? Two main reasons & It's not to brag or boast!

#1 - I like to share so that you too can run out to the store to take advantage of the same deals that I was able to snag!

#2 - To show the non-couponers that using coupons is worth it. It might take a little extra time to coupon, but it is so worth it!

And the best part is that a lot of things that I purchased that were Free will be donated to help others out, to be used as gifts (the toy) and the candy will be great for the Easter baskets that need to be filled, and the goodies for my son's upcoming birthday party (peanuts, chex mix, fruit snacks for goody bags- ect) Couponing and being a better Steward feels great!

Please note:

I was disappointed because my local Kroger store didn't carry the Ronzoni smart taste pasta. But if you Enter the Ronzoni Taste challenge
HERE, at the end, you'll be able to print a coupon for $.75 off Ronzoni, to get it Free at Kroger after March to Savings sale, if your store carries it!
