Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but how do you get them by mail? All I ever get are printable coupons and since I won't download their program I can't even print those.

Its not a dumb question at all Lisa! Just log into your Kraft First taste account (link in the post) and click on where it says offers. If this offer is available for you, when you click on the link, a form will come up. Just fill in your mailing info and they will mail you the coupons within 6-8 weeks. It's really easy to do. If you have any more questions, please feel free :)
