Menu Plan Monday

I haven't posted a menu plan in a long time, but we plan our meals every week! Here's what's cookin at our house this week!

Monday - Cincinnati Chili (made from scratch with Goldstar packet)
We use whole grain speghetti noodles and low fat shredded cheddar cheese

Tuesday- Beef Taco Bake
served with corn, brown rice, beans, and lettuce

Wed.- Autumn Chicken, brown rice, steamed broccolli, salad

Thursday- Healthy Lasagna, salad, fresh bread

Friday - Pizza night

Saturday- Turkey burgers on whole wheat buns, veggies, salad
