This week, I lost another pound! That brings my total amount lost to 35 pounds lost since May!
Here are a few tips for this week!
Tip #1
If you sign up for the "Keep Moving" program from Tylenol, they will send you a Free Pedometer (step counter) and a Free workout DVD! Click here for more information! When I signed up, it only took me a few seconds. This is just what I needed, to get me motivated again! I've been slacking in the exercise department for several weeks now, hopefully when school resumes, I'll be able to get back into my exercise routines!
Tip # 2
Here are a few ways to keep moving:
1. Start wearing a step counter, and aim for 10,000 or more steps a day!
2. Take the stairs, instead of the elevator.
3. Park in the parking spot the furthest away
4. Do spurts of exercise throughout the day, instead of burning yourself out with an hour long workout!
5. Don't forget to drink lots of water when exercising.
6. Always stretch, warm up, and cool down. Even when your going for a walk!
7. If you haven't exercised in a long time, please consult with your doctor first!
