Weigh In Wednesday

Last week for Weigh In Wednesday, I shared some calorie counts for some favorite Halloween treats here. This week I wanted to share a great tool that I just found! It is a Halloween Treats Calculator! Basically, you use the Halloween Treats Calorie Calculator to total your Halloween calories and see how far you must walk in steps, miles and kilometers to walk it off. Check as many Halloween candy items as you wish and then see the steps and distance you must walk to walk off the Trick or Treat calories. Go here and check it out!
