January is the Best month to go shopping at your local thrift store. After all the year-end donations for tax write-offs, and usually after people get all kinds of new stuff from the Holidays, they donate the items that they don't need anymore. I especially like to go to Goodwill on Sunday's with my MIL because Senior Citizens (Over 50 yrs.old) get 50% off all items on Sunday's. (In the Cincinnati area, check your local store to see what their specials are!)It is very often that I am even able to find brand new items with tags still attached. You know where I'll be every Sunday, LOL!
