Coupons to Note:

*Betty Crocker frosting tub $.50 off - Use this at a store that doubles coupons, and with a sale you should be able to get it free or very inexpensive.

*Betty Crocker cookie mix $.40 off- These go on sale often, so you should be able to get them very inexpensive or free.

*Chocolate chex mix $.50 off - These go on sale often, so you should also be able to get these super cheap or free.

*Colgate Total $1 off, Colgate 360 toothbrush $.75 off, Colgate kids toothpaste or toothbrush $.50 off - Combined with a sale, you'll be able to get these super cheap or free.

*Fiber One Frozen Muffins .75 off - This is a new product so there should be some sales on it.

*Huggies diapers $1 off, huggies wipes $.50 off, and Pure & Natural diapers $3 off - If you have a baby it's always good to keep these coupons on hand!

*Lean or Hot pockets $1/3 - This is not a high value coupon, but will go well with a sale for an easy lunch idea.

*Purina Beggin Canadian Cuts $1.50 off and Purina T Bonz or Tiny T Bonz $1.50 off - Good coupons if you have a doggie!

*Bar-S $1/2 - These go on sale often, so this a good coupon to have.

*Pampers Extra Protection Diapers $2 off - High value diaper coupon. Good to have if you have a baby!

*Lots of Suave coupons - Keep these for when these items go on sale for very inexpensive or free Suave products!

*Temptation treats for cats - Great coupon to have if you have a kitty cat!

If you plan on purchasing several newspapers just for the coupons, remember that the inserts vary by region, and remember that they are not guaranteed! Check each newspaper to make sure that the inserts are there, and even flip through the inserts if you are looking forward to a particular coupon, before buying them.

I always recommend getting an even number of newspapers, because of BOGO sales ect. (minimum 2 newspapers a week) I also recommend checking each insert before purchasing several- you are not guaranteed coupon inserts, and also as a reminder, the coupon values can vary by region. For instance I might get a coupon for $.55/1 and you get the coupon for $1/2.
