Happy Earth Day! Freebies, Events, and Activities to do with your Kids!

Earth Day was first Celebrated in the United States on April 22, 1970. By the year 2000, Earth Day was celebrated by over 184 countries, and hundreds of millions of people all over the world! Earth Day is about coming together to make a difference and You can make a difference!

10 Easy Ways to Protect the Planet


1. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle as much as possible.
2. Plant a Tree! One tree will absorb one ton of carbon dioxide over it's lifetime!
3. Use reusable items whenever possible. Skip paper products, baggies, plastic wrap ect. whenever possible.
4. Skip bottled water, and use a Brita water filter, and reusable BPA free water bottles instead.
5. Drive less, carpool, walk, or ride a bike whenever possible.
6. Support Eco-friendly companies, products, and brands by purchasing them whenever possible, and share the word with your friends and family so that they are also being more aware of the products that they buy. Look for products made with recyclable, biodegradable, all natural, organic, ect.
