CVS & Walgreens Trips 8/14

I made a few quick stops at the Drugstores this afternoon, and this is what I was able to get at CVS and Walgreens (both trips in the same photo). I was bummed because I went to (2) different Walgreens stores and they were both already sold out of the Expo Dry Erase Markers - Maybe you'll get lucky enough to find them....

Here's the deal - Buy (2) 6 pks. Expo Dry Erase Markers $3.99 ea.
Use (1) $3 Coupon from the Walgreens August Coupon Book (found by the ads)
and use $2/2 Expo Printable Coupon Here (facebook)
Final price = 2 6pks. Free

Here are the transactions that I was able to do:

Transaction #1
(1) Revlon Nail Polish $3.99
Paid with a $2 RR from last week
Total with Tax = $2.25, Got back a $3 RR
Note: I didn't receive a $1 off Revlon coupon in my 8/14 SS Insert, but maybe you did, then you'll save even more!

Transaction #2
(1) Pert Plus 25.4 oz $3.99
(1) Kraft Mac N Cheese - $.69 w/in ad coupon
Used $1 Coupon for the Pert Plus from 8/14 SS Insert
Paid with $3 RR from 1st transaction
Final price with Tax = $.94, Got back $3 RR from the Pert Plus

Transaction #3
(2) Scope 25.4 oz 2/$6
(1) Cow Tail candy as a filler item $.39
Used (2) $.75/1 Scope from 7/31 P&G Insert
Paid with $3 RR from transaction 2
Final price with tax = $2.28, Got back $3 RR from the Scope

So for a total of $5.47 for everything!

At CVS the deals seemed kind of Ho-Hum to me, but I wanted to at least get a few freebies!

I purchased:

(1) Bottle of CVS Body Wash $2.27, I had a coupon to get it FREE!
(2) Gain dish soaps $.99 ea.
Used (2) $.50 Coupons from the 8/14 RP Insert
(1) Caramello $1.19 - Coupon from the Magic Coupon Machine to get it FREE!
(I also got a coupon from the Magic Coupon Machine for a Free box of CVS Bandages but my store was all sold out)

So I ended up paying $.38 for my shopping trip at CVS! The Free body wash coupon deducted $3!
