Weigh In Wednesday


It's weigh in Wednesday again! Even though I have reached my goal weight, I still continue to weigh in each week, so that I can keep the weight off. However, I am still losing weight! This week I lost another 2 pounds, and I'm not even trying. That brings my total weight lost to 34 pounds lost since May. A lot of people ask me, "How did I do it?" So every Wednesday I am trying to share some tips with you on how I did it! Basically, I eat a low calorie, low fat diet, and I exercised 1 to 3 days a week. Also, for about a month, I did take alli.
